All of our hair is "DOUBLE DRAWN", Clean and ready to wear.
Orders may be canceled, only if your cancellation request is received prior to us forwarding funds and order details, to our manufacturing plant. This could range from 1 hour, up to 24 hours, but order requests are usually forwarded/ submitted, within 5-12 hours. Either call us and leave a Voicemail, or eMail us your cancellation request, including ORDER #.
All Sales are FINAL unless Rare Virgin Hair (RVH) is at fault or has made a mistake with your order.
This includes orders that are UNDELIVERABLE to Customer, failed delivery attempts by the Shipping Carrier, and orders that are UNCLAIMED from the Shipping Carrier / by the Customer. Partially incorrect orders will be corrected or compensated, only to the extent that they are incorrect.
***You must call or eMail Rare Virgin Hair (RVH) to request "Return Authorization". Items returned without prior authorization, will not be Credited, Returned or Exchanged.****
RVH accepts returns for merchandise credit only.
Subsequent eMails concerning your Return, may use the term REFUND; note that this is a generic word entry by the website, and that RARE Virgin Hair does NOT offer Refunds. We offer Merchandise CREDIT.
1. Items must be returned by the original purchaser, and post-marked within 10 days of delivery.
2. Hair must not have been installed, worn or altered in any way
3. Hair must be neatly bundled & packaged as to avoid matting/ tangling while being shipped.
